A Pillbox for Bathory

This is a handmade red shot with black silk dupioni pillbox hat. The hat has black veiling with chenille dots that falls right below the nose when worn, or can be pulled up as a halo of veiling to sit above the eyes. The veiling sprigs up in the back and features a black satin bow in the middle. The tails on the bow fall to about the shoulders.

Everything is hand sewn on this piece, and contains a red silk plaid lining. There is also an elastic band to keep the hat on the head.
